- Dully filled Enrollment form.
- Initial Fee (Payable at the time of Admission) in Cash/DD only.
- Account payee Cheques drawn in favour of “Career Platform” dully signed by account holder.
- Three(3) Coloured passport size Photographs.
- Photocopy of School Id-Card/10th Admit Card/Adhar Card.
