This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all admissions, classroom programs, online courses, and services offered by Career Platform Coaching Centre Pvt Ltd.

Registration/Admission fee of Rs. 10,000/- is strictly non-refundable.

Cancellation & Refund Rules

Timeframe timelines

Refund eligibility criteria are determined strictly by the timeline of your class start configuration:

Before class commencement: Registration fee will be deducted and remaining paid amount may be refunded after applicable deductions.

Within 30 days from class commencement: 50% of the fees already paid shall be deducted and the remaining eligible amount may be refunded.

After 30 days from class commencement: All fees paid shall be strictly non-refundable.

Refund Process

How to apply

Refunds, if approved, shall be transferred only to the applicant’s bank account within approximately 15–30 working days. Failure to return institute property may result in deduction, delay, or rejection of refund. For cancellation/refund:

Written application and refund form must be submitted at the branch office.

Original fee receipt, ID card, books, study materials, bags, uniforms, and other institute-issued items must be returned.

The institute reserves the right to make operational shifts. Such changes shall not automatically qualify for refund. The institute reserves the right to:

Online Payment Disclaimer

Digital transaction parameters

The institute shall not be responsible for failed or interrupted online transactions unless the payment is successfully credited to the official institute bank account.

Final Decision

Management authority

All refund and cancellation decisions taken by the management of Career Platform Coaching Centre Pvt Ltd shall be final and binding.
